CONFERENCE ARCHIVE

Events become institutional knowledge when their academic record is preserved.

CONTINUITY

The archive is educational, not merely commemorative.

Useful recordings, summaries, teaching material and conference outputs should be indexed by topic, faculty and educational purpose so they remain discoverable after the event rather than becoming an unstructured photo/document dump.

AOICON 2026 can become the first complete event archive.

Only final and authorised conference material should move into the permanent collection.
