# GeNext MedEd Foundation — Host Centre Onboarding & Verification Standard

**Document code:** GMEF-INS-001
**Version:** 1.0
**Status:** Controlled working standard

## Purpose
Defines how hospitals, medical colleges, departments, skills laboratories, training centres and other institutions may become recognised delivery sites for a GeNext MedEd Foundation programme or academic activity.

## Principle
Institutional listing, programme approval and activity approval are separate decisions. A centre appearing in the directory does not automatically authorise it to deliver every Foundation programme.

## Onboarding sequence
1. Institution expression of interest / nomination
2. Legal identity and authorised-contact record
3. Centre profile and specialty/service declaration
4. Faculty and supervision capacity
5. Infrastructure and learning-resource assessment
6. Patient/data/privacy safeguards where clinically relevant
7. Programme-specific suitability review
8. Conflict, commercial-role and partner disclosure
9. Institutional approval decision
10. Centre ID assignment
11. Defined validity/review period
12. Periodic review, suspension, withdrawal or renewal

## Minimum evidence
Legal/official institutional identity; authorised representative; physical site; relevant registrations/accreditations where applicable; declared facilities; faculty/supervisor records; safety and emergency arrangements; equipment/resources relevant to the proposed programme; data/privacy arrangements; consent for institutional listing.

## Verification states
Invited · Profile submitted · Evidence pending · Under review · Verified · Programme-approved · Restricted · Suspended · Withdrawn · Archived.

## Public representation
Public pages may show verified identity, location, approved programme relationships and selected facilities. Internal review notes, sensitive documents and personal contact data remain restricted.

## Review rule
Verification confirms evidence reviewed for the stated purpose and period. It is not a substitute for statutory licensing, accreditation, university recognition, hospital credentialing or other competent authority.
