## Purpose
Preserve verified academic and institutional continuity without rewriting the past to fit the current structure. Historical identity, programme/event context and current institutional interpretation are recorded separately.

## Preservation rules
1. Historical names are preserved as historical identities; they are not automatically treated as current legal/institutional names.
2. Event authority, Foundation role, host institution, partner role and individual contribution must be verified separately.
3. Historical photographs, programmes, certificates, social posts, brochures and correspondence should be indexed with source, date and rights status before publication.
4. Unverified recollection may guide recovery work but is not entered as a verified archival fact until supporting evidence is retained.
5. The archive may expand without deleting earlier valid records; corrections are handled through versioned revision notes.

Each recovered item should receive a stable Archive ID and evidence classification before being surfaced publicly.
