# GeNext MedEd Foundation — Temporal Bone Workshop Series Evidence Register

**Document code:** GMEF-ARC-TB-001
**Version:** 1.0
**Status:** Controlled historical recovery register
**Scope:** GeNext / predecessor temporal-bone hands-on workshop series, Series 1–5

## Purpose
This register reconstructs the temporal-bone workshop sequence from retained source material while clearly separating directly evidenced facts from sequence inference and unresolved gaps. It must not convert later recollection into a verified historical claim.

## Evidence classes
- **Class A — contemporaneous primary evidence:** original poster/programme/certificate/photo clearly identifying the event/date/role.
- **Class B — source-supported institutional evidence:** later institutional document or compilation based on retained programme records.
- **Class C — reconstructed / inference pending:** sequence or detail inferred from later material but not yet independently evidenced.

## Series master register

| Series ID | Sequence | Event/date currently recoverable | Evidence status | Evidence recovered | Outstanding evidence |
|---|---:|---|---|---|---|
| GMEF-ARC-TB-01 | 1 | **Date not yet recovered** | Class C — open recovery | Later GeNext material establishes that a multi-event temporal-bone series existed and that a fifth event was held by Jan 2026. | Original poster/programme, date, venue, faculty, participant/certificate record, photographs |
| GMEF-ARC-TB-02 | 2 | **Date not yet recovered** | Class C — open recovery | Same series-continuity evidence as above. | Original poster/programme, date, venue, faculty, participant/certificate record, photographs |
| GMEF-ARC-TB-03 | 3 (probable sequence position) | **10–11 May 2025 — Two Day Wet Temporal Bone** | Class A for event/date; sequence number remains Class C until an ordinal-bearing source is recovered | Dated GeNext workshop page with contemporaneous lab photographs and group photograph. | Source explicitly calling this the 3rd course; faculty/participant/certificate register; venue confirmation |
| GMEF-ARC-TB-04 | 4 (probable sequence position) | **2–3 August 2025 — Two Day Wet Temporal Bone** | Class A for event/date; sequence number remains Class C until an ordinal-bearing source is recovered | Dated GeNext workshop page with hands-on temporal-bone lab photographs, microscope stations and teaching images. | Source explicitly calling this the 4th course; faculty/participant/certificate register; venue confirmation |
| GMEF-ARC-TB-05 | 5 | **17–18 January 2026 — 5th Two Day Wet Temporal Bone** | **Class A — sequence and date established** | Event page explicitly states “5TH TWO DAY WET TEMPORAL BONE” and 17–18 Jan 2026, with audience, faculty/recognition and hands-on lab photographs. | Programme/faculty list, participant register and certificate evidence if retained |

## Recovered primary evidence

### GMEF-ARC-TB-03 — 10–11 May 2025
Recovered source imagery shows:
- title **TWO DAY WET TEMPORAL BONE**;
- dates **10th–11th May 2025**;
- hands-on microscope-based dissection activity;
- faculty instruction at workstations;
- a separate group photograph from the event.

**Claim allowed now:** A GeNext-branded two-day wet temporal-bone workshop was conducted on 10–11 May 2025.
**Claim not yet allowed:** “3rd workshop” unless an original source carrying the ordinal is recovered.

### GMEF-ARC-TB-04 — 2–3 August 2025
Recovered source imagery shows:
- title **TWO DAY WET TEMPORAL BONE**;
- dates **2nd–3rd August 2025**;
- multiple microscope workstations;
- active hands-on dissection and faculty supervision;
- participant teaching/discussion photographs.

**Claim allowed now:** A GeNext-branded two-day wet temporal-bone workshop was conducted on 2–3 August 2025.
**Claim not yet allowed:** “4th workshop” unless an original source carrying the ordinal is recovered.

### GMEF-ARC-TB-05 — 17–18 January 2026
Recovered source imagery explicitly shows:
- **5TH TWO DAY WET TEMPORAL BONE**;
- dates **17th–18th January 2026**;
- audience/teaching activity;
- recognition/faculty interaction imagery;
- microscope-based hands-on dissection photographs and lab activity.

**Claim allowed now:** The 5th GeNext two-day wet temporal-bone workshop was held on 17–18 January 2026.

## Series continuity assessment
The explicit “5TH” January 2026 source proves at least four earlier events existed. The dated May and August 2025 workshop sources are therefore part of the pre-5th sequence. Chronologically they are strong candidates for Series 3 and Series 4, but this register deliberately keeps those ordinal assignments **probable rather than verified** until a direct ordinal-bearing source is recovered.

## Unresolved Series 1–2 recovery protocol
Search and retain, in priority order:
1. original WhatsApp/poster/social artwork containing “1st/2nd Two Day Wet Temporal Bone” or equivalent;
2. event photographs with visible backdrop/date/ordinal;
3. faculty invitation / scientific programme;
4. registration spreadsheet or participant list;
5. certificates or certificate serial register;
6. institutional accounts/vendor records linked to event dates;
7. social-media posts with original publication timestamps;
8. mentor/faculty correspondence used only as corroboration, not sole proof.

## Archive publication rule
The public archive may currently publish the following without qualification:
- Two Day Wet Temporal Bone — 10–11 May 2025;
- Two Day Wet Temporal Bone — 2–3 August 2025;
- **5th Two Day Wet Temporal Bone — 17–18 January 2026**.

The public archive should **not yet label May 2025 as “3rd” or August 2025 as “4th,” and should not invent Series 1–2 dates** until source evidence is recovered.

## Next evidence lock
When a source for Series 1 or 2 is recovered, record:
- exact title and ordinal;
- event dates;
- venue/institution;
- academic authority/organiser as shown on the source;
- named faculty only where directly evidenced;
- participant count only from a retained register;
- certificate serial range where available;
- source filename/reference and rights/privacy status.
