APPLICATION & SELECTION

A traceable pathway from application to joining.

Selection should be based on published eligibility, programme fit, capacity and academic review — with a recorded decision rather than informal enrolment.

WORKFLOW

Eight controlled stages.

01

Choose programme

Apply against a published programme and cohort after reviewing eligibility, learning objectives, duration, host setting and completion requirements.

02

Applicant profile

Provide identity, contact information, professional registration where applicable, qualifications, current role, experience and intended learning goals.

03

Supporting documents

Submit only the documents specified for that programme. Clinical credentials remain subject to host-institution verification and permissions.

04

Eligibility review

Administrative review confirms completeness and published eligibility before academic selection.

05

Academic review / interview

Faculty may assess learning fit, prior exposure, objectives, readiness, communication and programme-specific requirements.

06

Decision

Outcome is recorded as selected, waitlisted, not selected or further information required. Selection is cohort and capacity specific.

07

Offer & acceptance

Selected applicants receive programme details, disclosures, joining conditions and a defined acceptance window.

08

Joining & orientation

Final onboarding includes identity/credential checks, policies, schedule, conduct, confidentiality, patient-safety boundaries and learning-record setup.

SELECTION STANDARD

Fair, documented and programme-specific.

Eligibility first

Published prerequisites are checked before academic ranking or interview.

Learning fit

Selection considers whether the programme can reasonably meet the applicant’s stated objectives at their current level.

Recorded outcome

Interview notes, reviewer recommendation and final status form part of the controlled programme record.

Digital submission will connect through GeNext Connect.

This page establishes the public workflow. Secure forms, uploads, reviewer permissions and status tracking belong in the authenticated application layer.
