Collections represented in the initial seed
The first catalogue population intentionally starts with resources already controlled in the Foundation repository: programme standards and forms, fellowship completion/verification tools, conference institutional records, research governance/methodology tools, governance standards and institutional archive material.

Recorded teaching, surgical learning, reading/guidance and historical event resources should be added only after source, attribution, copyright/licence, consent and access status are confirmed.

Catalogue rules
1. Every published resource receives a stable Resource ID.
2. Approval/review status refers only to suitability for the stated educational/institutional use; it is not a substitute for clinical judgement or statutory authority.
3. Copyright, patient privacy, consent and third-party permissions must be resolved before unrestricted release.
4. Superseded resources remain traceable where retention is appropriate.
5. Patient-identifiable material and restricted committee/research records do not belong in the public catalogue.
