GeNext MedEd Foundation — Actual Governance Structure Register

Document code: GMEF-GOV-ACT-001
Version: 1.0
Status: Controlled working register

Purpose
This register converts the Foundation's governance framework into the current real-world operating structure. It distinguishes roles that are confirmed, user-reported, proposed, delegated, vacant or evidence-pending.

Status vocabulary
Confirmed — supported by retained institutional evidence or executed record.
User-reported — stated by Foundation leadership but formal supporting evidence is not yet linked in this repository.
Proposed — governance architecture defined but not yet formally constituted.
Delegated — authority exists through a recorded delegation.
Vacant — role required but not currently assigned.
Evidence pending — likely or previously used role, but supporting institutional record has not yet been recovered.

- November 2026 cohort: Proposed until host-centre, faculty, commercial and final approval conditions are formally closed.
- Programme Director / formal approving authority: assignment record required before activation.

- Research & Academic Council: Proposed.
- Individual projects: must remain Idea / Registered / Governance pending until project-specific requirements are satisfied.

Until a role or committee is formally constituted, the website and internal records should use proposed, vacant, delegated, programme-specific, or evidence pending rather than presenting the structure as fully appointed.
