Status: Controlled working recovery register

Purpose
This register separates established repository-backed institutional history from reconstructed historical activity that still requires source recovery before it is presented as a verified public archive record.

Evidence classes
- A — Repository-backed: directly supported by current controlled Foundation repository material.
- B — Source-supported: supported by retained programme, brochure, certificate, official communication, social-media record, photograph set, registration/attendance record or other identifiable source.
- C — Reconstructed / evidence pending: known from prior GeNext working history but source bundle has not yet been recovered into the institutional archive.
- D — Disputed / incomplete: conflicting or materially incomplete information; do not publish as fact until resolved.

Publication rule
Class C records may be used internally to guide recovery but should not be presented publicly as fully verified event records. Once supporting material is recovered and reviewed, update the evidence class, add source references and create or update the corresponding archive page/resource record.

Personal records
Learner, faculty and participant names must not be published merely because they are remembered or present in informal materials. Identity, role, contribution and consent/access status should be verified first. Restricted fellowship or observership evidence should remain outside the public archive where appropriate.
