Purpose
This register is the authoritative index of programmes and major institutional academic workstreams operated, supported or formally archived by GeNext MedEd Foundation. It links each entry to its current evidence, responsible institutional layer and lifecycle status.

Status language
- Proposed: designed/published for planning but not yet represented as finally authorised for delivery.
- Framework established: institutional standard and operating structure exist; individual instances still require their own records.
- Active event documentation / pre-event phase: event exists with dated public record, while final event records remain pending completion.
- Archived: historical material has been preserved with sufficient identity, date/status and source evidence.

Control rules
1. No entry is marked Approved or Active unless the supporting authority/reference is recorded.
2. Material changes in scope, ownership, host institution or delivery model require a recorded review.
3. Closed or superseded programmes remain visible with closure/archive references.
4. Public pages are representations of the controlled record and do not replace approval, meeting, contract or restricted operational records.
5. Personal, contractual, patient or restricted research information must not be placed in this index.
