Longitudinal progression across core advanced ENT domains with repeated mentor review, academic activity, competency evidence and a defined project/assignment.
Comprehensive Advanced ENT Fellowship
Sustained advanced ENT development across major domains, elective concentration, academic contribution and a substantial competency portfolio.

Focused Advanced Clinical Exposure
Weeks 1–2
Orientation, baseline learning plan, clinical/OT systems, safety and logbook setup.

Broad advanced ENT exposure and identification of priority domains.

Focused domain exposure, case discussion, operative learning and academic presentation.

Consolidation, competency review, portfolio/logbook completion and final assessment.
6 MONTHS
Advanced Clinical Fellowship
Month 1
Induction, baseline assessment and broad clinical integration.

CLINICAL GOVERNANCE
Learning never overrides patient care or institutional permissions.
Observation, assistance, supervised participation and independent practice are distinct. Procedural participation depends on learner readiness, patient need and consent, responsible faculty judgment, law, credentialing and host-centre policy. The fellowship does not promise independent operating rights or a fixed procedural number.
