GeNext MedEd Foundation — Learner & Faculty Feedback Standard Document code: GMEF-QA-004 Version: 1.0 Status: Controlled working standard Purpose Turns feedback into programme-quality evidence while protecting participants from pressure and separating satisfaction from competency or academic outcomes. Feedback domains Learning objectives; relevance; teaching quality; supervision; skills-station/resource adequacy; organisation; assessment fairness/clarity; learning environment; safety/professionalism; suggestions; faculty perspective on learner readiness and programme design. Collection Feedback may be anonymous where appropriate. Participation should not be coerced or tied to favourable assessment. Identifiable concerns requiring action are handled through the appropriate confidential process. Interpretation High satisfaction does not prove competency or programme effectiveness. Feedback should be considered with attendance, assessment, completion, faculty review, incidents and outcome indicators. Escalation Credible allegations concerning safety, harassment, discrimination, research integrity, privacy, assessment misconduct or other serious governance matters should not remain only in aggregated feedback; they require appropriate confidential review/escalation. Reporting Programme reports should use aggregated results where possible, identify recurrent themes, document actions and avoid publishing small-group information that could expose individuals.
