ARCHIVE BOUNDARY

What is preserved publicly — and what is not.

Public / academic archive

Approved prospectus, curriculum, competencies, programme schedule, resource lists, assessment framework and de-identified programme outcomes.

Controlled learner record

Applications, identity documents, detailed logbooks, mentor notes, assessments and private correspondence remain access-controlled.

Verification layer

Certificate authenticity is checked through the minimum necessary completion record, not by exposing the learner's academic file.

Each completed cohort should strengthen the next one.

Programme review, faculty feedback and de-identified learning outcomes can be archived to improve subsequent cohorts.
